How the pay plan works
Tiers you move through
Consultant → Specialist → Expert → Elite. Each tier changes what you keep per watt. Rates vary by state and finance product, and you see yours before you sign.
Paid at milestones
Commission is earned against project milestones, so you know what has been released and what is still pending — per deal, not per pay period.
Nothing hidden
Fees, overrides and clawbacks are line items on a ledger you can read. If a deal claws back, you can see exactly why and when.
